It is also an ideal starting point for exploring the coast of the department, from the Étel ria to the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan, passing through the cliffs of the Quiberon peninsula.
Apartment located on the ground floor left of a small co-owned building, ideally situated 250 m from the Grande Plage, 600 m from Centre-Plage and shops, 700 m from the supermarket, approximately 1 km from the Yacht Club and Thalassotherapy.
Spacious 80 m² apartment with a terrace overlooking the residence's garden.
A wide corridor leads to:
- A fully equipped independent kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hob, extractor hood, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine;
- A large living room with glass doors opening onto the garden and a terrace, television, dining table and chairs;
- A first bedroom with a 160 cm bed and large storage wardrobes;
- A second bedroom with a 150 cm bed (2 x 75), a single bed;
- A shower room;
- Separate toilet
- Private terrace with garden furniture.
Apartment for 4 to 5 people.
Street parking. Gas heating
Pets not allowed.
Arrival: 4 pm-6 pm Please notify in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €500 to be paid on site.
Charges: Gas included from mid-May to early October, metered outside this period.
Tourist tax: to be paid on site
Linen not provided: possibility of rental at an additional cost.
End of stay cleaning to be done by yourself or additional flat rate.
