Apartment located in a residential complex, located in Carnac beach, 200m from the thalassotherapy and the nautical base, 300m from the large beach of Carnac and 500m from the shopping center.
Apartment of 40m ² approximately, on the ground floor with outside closed hedges, main south exposure, no private parking:
- Entrance serving the living room, an independent toilet and the bathroom and 2 bedrooms
- Living/ Dining room: 140cm sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table, TV
- Open kitchen: fridge/freezer, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140cm, nightstand, lamp, storage with shelves and wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: 2 single bunk beds, storage with shelves and closet
- Shower room, 1 sink, mirror, storage, washing machine, towel rack
Apartment for 5 people maximum.
Animal not allowed
Electric heating.
No private parking, free street parking
Arrival: 16h-18h Please inform in case of late arrival.
Deposit: 400 € to pay on site.
Charges included from mid-May to early October, on electric meter reading outside this period.
