The accommodation is 1.5 km from Centre-Plage and its activities, 2.5 km from Carnac town. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometres away.

- A large living room with lounge area (sofas, armchairs, television) and dining area;

- A bathroom with vanity unit, bathtub and washing machine;
- Separate WC;
- Storage.
On the 2nd level:
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, storage, dressing table;
