It is located 300m from the beach of Men-Dû and 650m from the Grande Plage. The tennis courts and the supermarket are within 500 m, easily accessible on foot. The accommodation is 1.5 km from the Centre-Plage and its entertainment, 2.5 km from the village of Carnac. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.
53m² duplex with south facing balcony, garden furniture, 2 parking spaces, WIFI:
At the 1st level:
- A large living room with lounge area (sofas, armchairs, television) and dining area;
- An open kitchen equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Bar with high chairs;
- A bathroom with vanity, bath and washing machine;
- Independent toilet;
- Storage.
At the 2nd level:
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, storage, dressing table;
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds of 80 cm, storage, cot with mattress.
