Apartment in Carnac, quiet area, in a small condominium located less than 100 m from the sought after beach of Legenese. The centre of Carnac-Plage and its shops are approximately 750 m, the thalassotherapy also, the supermarket and the village of Carnac 2 km.
Auray and its station are about 15 kilometres away.
On the first floor, three-room apartment, with a surface of 75 m² comprising:
Entrance with console and storage.
Living room with equipped kitchen (refrigerator with small freezer compartment, electric hob 4 burners, oven, microwave, kettle coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine) open to dining room, and living room with TV. Bay window opening onto a large west-facing balcony, partially covered. From this balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the bay of Quiberon.
Bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs:
- Mezzanine with 140 cm bed.
- Room with 140 cm bed.
- Bedroom with 3 single beds (2 in 80 cm/ 1 in 70 cm).
Room for bicycles.

Bonjour, merci pour vos retours. Merci de nous avoir fait part de ces remarques, nous veillerons à y remédier pour la saison prochaine. Concernant la baie vitrée, les conditions météorologiques durant votre séjour étaient très défavorables avec plusisee more
Bonjour, merci pour vos retours. Merci de nous avoir fait part de ces remarques, nous veillerons à y remédier pour la saison prochaine. Concernant la baie vitrée, les conditions météorologiques durant votre séjour étaient très défavorables avec plusieurs épisodes de tempêtes. Les grosses rafales de vent enregistrées ont effectué une pression trop forte sur les ouvertures. De même, la réception de la télévision en a été impactée. Tout cela reste évidemment exceptionnel.

La place de parking est particulièrement appréciable en période estivale. Le local vélo est très grand. La résidence est calme, le balcon est grand avec une vue partielle sur la mer.
