In Bénodet, seaside resort of the Cornouaille Coast, famous for its beaches and its tourist and family atmosphere; halfway between shops and the marina. Sea 300 m. Small sandy beach 700 m. Large sandy beach 1km 500. Shops 500 m.
Pretty stone house, renovated in 2006. particularly neat interior, furnished and tastefully decorated. Bright living room with beautiful kitchen, leather lounge, antique furniture, rooms with harmonious tones on parquet (two overlooking the river Odet and the marina).
Enclosed garden of 300 m² with courtyard at the front and lawn surrounded by walls. garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue. Central heating. Table and iron.
Independent house of 4 rooms of 100 m² living space.
Ground floor:
Living room with dining area and lounge area with armchairs.
Kitchen bar: stove with 4 electric burners, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine. Satellite TV.
1st Floor:
1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).
Bathroom with bathtub. separate toilet.
2nd floor:
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm).
To be paid on site:
Deposit: 300 €
Heating included until May 11 and after October 12. Electricity charges included throughout the year.
Bed linen to bring or rent: 15 €/bed.
Towels not provided.
Option cleaning end of stay: 70 €
Pets not allowed.
