The banks of the Pô inlet are only 1.5 km away, and Carnac beaches are 3 km away. The accommodation is 1.5 km from the town of Carnac, 2.5 km from the town of Plouharnel and their shops. The nearest supermarket is approximately 1 km away. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometres away.
140m² house with 40m² under the slope, in a quiet environment, with beautiful volumes and a pleasant West-facing terrace.
Ground floor:
- Entrance, WC and hand basin;
- Fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, kettle;
- Dining area with long wooden table and benches;
- Living room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace (not to be used), sofa, armchairs, library, TV, Wi-Fi;
