Description
Detached house located on the edge of Carnac. Quiet pied-à-terre, ideal for a family stay to discover the region, halfway between the bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan.
The banks of the cove of the Po are only 1.5 km away and the beaches of Carnac, easily accessible by bike, are 3 km away. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the town of Carnac, 2.5 km from the town of Plouharnel and their shops. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away.
Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers away.
House in a quiet environment, with beautiful volumes and a pleasant west-facing terrace.
On the ground floor:
- Entrance, WC and washbasin;
- Fully equipped open kitchen: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, kettle;
- Dining area with long wooden table and benches;
- Living room with cathedral ceiling, fireplace (not to be used), sofa, armchairs, bookcase, TV, Wi-Fi;
- Bedroom 1: 1 160 cm bed, desk, storage cupboard with wardrobe, garden access – en-suite with shower room (walk-in shower and toilet);
- Hallway with wardrobe;
- Garage with washing machine and dryer – for storing bikes and pushchairs.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 2: 1 140 cm bed, cupboard with wardrobe, sink;
- Bedroom 3: 1 160 cm bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, pair of armchairs;
- Bedroom 4: 2 90 cm beds + 1 drawer bed;
- Mezzanine with office;
- Shower room with shower cabin;
- Separate toilet.
Plot of approximately 650 m², with garden and terrace facing South and West. Garden furniture and barbecue.
