Beautiful detached villa located in the western part of Carnac, quiet area located 1.5 km from the beach, 600m. from a supermarket and 1.2 km from shops.
House with enclosed garden facing south, equipped with outdoor furniture.
On the ground floor :
- Entrance hall with storage;
- Shower room, separate WC;
- Living room/living room of approximately 23m² with television, sofa, table and chairs, access to the terrace;
- Open and equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, electric coffee maker and Dolce Gusto coffee maker.
- Garage for storage use with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Upstairs :
- 3 bedrooms each with 1 140cm bed.
- Bathroom with toilet.
Maximum 6 people
Electric heating.
WIRELESS
Animals not allowed.
Parking in front of the house.

Nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments que vous soulignez concernant la propreté et l'état du logement. Nous contrôlons les logements entre chaque séjour et les appareils électroménagers auraient dû être nettoyés de façon plus rigoureuse. Nous n’asee more
Nous sommes désolés pour les désagréments que vous soulignez concernant la propreté et l'état du logement. Nous contrôlons les logements entre chaque séjour et les appareils électroménagers auraient dû être nettoyés de façon plus rigoureuse. Nous n’avons en revanche pas la possibilité de vérifier la vaisselle entre chaque séjour et comptons sur le respect et la correction des locataires pour nettoyer correctement les ustensiles à leur départ. Un lave-vaisselle est à disposition dans le logement pour ce faire.
