Located near the Menhir de Kerderff, historic megalithic monument, this holiday home nestled in a green setting is the ideal starting point to explore the natural and cultural riches of the region. Hike the coastal paths, discover the sandy beaches and explore the megalithic sites that make Carnac famous.
This semi-detached building is located at the west end of a stone complex. In a vast wooded property, you will enjoy a quiet location, between beach and forest. The banks of the Anse du Po are just 1.5 km and the beach of Saint-Colomban 3 km. The accommodation is 1.5 km from the village of Carnac, 2.5 from the village of Plouharnel and their shops. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.

- Living room with dining area and lounge with TV.
- Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster)
- Lounge library that can be used as a bedroom (sofa bed 140 cm), direct access to the courtyard.
- Boiler room with washing machine and adjoining toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: 160 cm single bed.
- Bedroom 2: adjoining bedroom with 90 cm bed.
- Shower room with large shower.
- Solarium.
- Independent toilet.
