Rental located in a new real estate complex near the Salines. The Grande-Plage is located about 900 m, the animations of the Centre-Plage, the village, its shops and its market are also less than a kilometer. The bakery is 250 m and the supermarket 400 m. All Carnac is easily accessible by bike.
Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometers.
Semi-detached house of 90m², with quality furniture, including:
On the ground floor:
- Entrance to living room with lounge area (TV, sofa bed 120*230 cm for extra bed 1 person) and dining area;
- Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 3-burner induction hob, hood, microwave, kettle, Senseo coffee maker);
- Shower room with toilet;
- Storage under the stairs;
- Garage used as a shed, possibility of storing bicycles.
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms with a bed of 160 cm (2 mattresses of 80 cm), wardrobe;
- Bathroom with double sink, washing machine, toilet.
Small enclosed garden, terrace with garden furniture.
