Fully independent garden level (the owners live upstairs with their independent entrance), spacious and open to a private terrace overlooking the beautiful pool and allows to admire the panorama to the sea and the islands of Cannes.
Enclosed garden of 60 m², shared. terrace with garden furniture, deckchair and parasol.
Reserved parking in the garden. Swimming pool to share with the apartment above 8.5m x 4.8 m.

Living room with lounge and dining area, sofa bed for 2 people, satellite TV with DVD player.
Fitted kitchen-bar with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine.

Bathroom with shower and toilet (ceiling height 2.10 m).
Fixed electric heating. Table and iron.
