The house is located in a quiet environment, 800 m from the port and its shops (900 m from the convenience store). A small beach is located 1.5 km away, Kervillen beach is 2.5 km away. Carnac and its famous megalithic alignments are 4 km away. The town of Auray, its train station, and the charming port of Saint-Goustan, approximately 12 km away, are easily accessible.
Contemporary house with enclosed garden and generous volumes. The house has 4 bedrooms and a large living area. It is ideal for getting together during holidays, with friends or family, and exploring Quiberon Bay and its beaches.
On the ground floor:
- Entrance open through a glass bay window from the garden.
- Bright living area with sofa, armchairs, large open kitchen and dining area. All lit by large glass bay windows opening onto the terrace and garden.
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Hallway to bedrooms with storage cupboards.
