Warm and comfortable, the villa Ty Gaïa is a fully renovated farmhouse located in the quiet village of Pleumerit, near the bay of Audierne. Classified 4 stars, can accommodate up to 7 people, it has a wellness area with a heated indoor pool and a Nordic bath.
On the ground floor you will find:
- A lounge with fireplace, TV screen and video projector with 200cm cinema screen.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, steam pressure cooker, raclette, fondue...
- A first bedroom with a double bed 140x200cm, bath, sink and dressing room
- An independent toilet
- A separate and secure wellness building with indoor pool heated to 30°C year round (4x3m), Nordic bath at 36-37°C and walk-in shower.
The floor consists of:
- A second bedroom with a double bed of 140x200cm, a single bed of 90x200cm and a dressing room
- A third bedroom with a 140x200cm double bed and a dressing room
- A media library with DVD, tourist documentation and board games
- A shower room with shower and WC
- A mezzanine overlooking the living room with reading area and office
Indoor equipment:
- Free WIFI
- Washing machine and dryer
- Ironing board and iron
- Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival
