This house with beautiful benefits is located on the edge of Plouharnel-Carnac, resort known for its beautiful beaches and its megalithic site. It is located in a quiet area in the countryside, near an old abbey.
Garden with garden furniture. Washing machine in garage (used as shed only).
Shops 1.2km, Carnac beach 2.6km, large beaches of Plouharnel 3km.
Villa of about 95 m², recent (2006) - independent on large plot - 7 people.
Ground floor: Living room/ lounge with TV and exit to terrace and garden. Independent kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 4 ceramic hob, fridge/ freezer. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90cm and an adjoining bathroom with shower. separate toilet.
Floor (slightly attic rooms): 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160cm. 1 bedroom with double bed 180 cm (2x90 cm). 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90cm. Bathroom with bath and toilet.
Arrival: 16h-18h Please inform in case of late arrival.
Animal: on request. Note: presence of horses on the neighboring ground.
