House located on the edge of Plouharnel-Carnac, a renowned resort for its beautiful beaches and megalithic site. It is located in a quiet countryside area, close to an old abbey.
Shops 1.2km away, Carnac beach 2.6km, large beaches of Plouharnel 3km away.
Approximately 95 m² villa, recent (2006) - independent on a large plot.

Ground floor:
- Living room / lounge with TV and access to terrace and garden
- Independent equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 4 ceramic hob, fridge/freezer.
- Laundry room with washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds in a 180cm bed and an adjoining shower room.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs (slightly attic rooms):
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160cm.
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds in a 180cm bed.
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed 90cm.
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
House for a maximum of 7 people.
Pet: on request. Note: presence of horses on the neighbouring plot.
