In the heart of the bay of Quiberon, the peninsula of Saint-Philibert has preserved its natural setting. Surrounded by the sea, it offers both the animation of the renowned tourist resorts of Carnac and La Trinité-sur-Mer and the peaceful character of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Residence Le Hameau du Pêcheur.
Built in the respect of the architectural tradition of the region, it includes several hamlets of terraced houses, each with its small garden. In the heart of the residence, a one-storey building with 8 apartments.
Two beaches within a radius of 400 to 600 m. It can be reached by a pedestrian path. Village center 1.5 km. All shops and restaurants in La Trinité sur Mer 3 km.
Terraced house 3 rooms of 37 m² with small enclosed garden area and outdoor furniture.
On the ground floor:
Kitchen equipped with electric hob, oven, fridge with small freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave and washing machine.
Living room with sofa and television.
Bathroom with shower and sink.
W.C. separated.
Floor:
1 Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
1 Bedroom with two single beds (90 cm).
Parking.
Local bike (2 bikes max).
Electric heating.
Arrival between 16h and 18h. Please inform in case of late arrival.
