Apartment located in the La Cormorane residence in Carnac, 150 m from the Grande-Plage and 350 m from the Yacht-Club. The centre of the seaside resort and its shops are 200 m away. The town of Carnac is 1.5 km away and the nearest supermarket is 1300 m away. Auray and its train station are about 15 km away.
Studio of around 27 m², located on the raised ground floor (access from the car park is via stairs). It includes:
- An entrance with a console;
- A living area with a dining table, 4 chairs, TV, sofa, 140 cm fold-away bed (quality mattress), storage cupboard;
- A separate kitchen with a glass partition and fully equipped (top fridge, oven, microwave, 2-ring induction hob, extractor fan, coffee maker, kettle, toaster);
- A shower room with toilet and washing machine;
- A 5 m² south-facing balcony with a manual awning, table, 2 chairs, 2 deckchairs.
Accommodation capacity: 2 people.
