Bright studio of around 30m² facing south, on the raised ground floor of a well-maintained small residence, balcony, private parking space. Rated 2 stars.
- Entrance with equipped kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
- Renovated bathroom: bathtub, washbasin, mirror, toilet.
- Living area: 140 cm sofa bed, coffee table, large storage with wardrobe and hanging space, 140 cm wall bed, TV, radio.
- Equipped balcony with outdoor furniture.
Maximum 3 people. Pets not allowed.
Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please inform us in case of late arrival.
Deposit: €300 to be paid on site.
